Inquiry about Intel FBGAs

Hi all,

I live in Saudi Arabia and I would like to know if there are any shipping restrictions on Intel FBGAs.

My question could be wired but as I experienced Xilinx has a list of foreordained countries that they do not sell their FBGAs to, so, I would like to know if Intel have something like that or no.
