Try uninstall metacity and install murrine found on https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/debian-26/window-manager-warning-701424/At least try on something that's related to the problem, since it is open source and multiple application can be used in the same OS linux Shell.desktop is something to do with the icon created. Anyway, your installation can ignore this and run normally or it prevent you from installing the software?
