My chip: 10AS016E4F29; My tools: Quartus prime pro 23.4
I instantiated the unique chip ID IP in my design, then i programmed the design into the config device and after re-power, i can't find the jtag chain.
i noticed Article ID: 000086739 mentioned this issue and said it was resoved after Quartus prime pro 18.0.1, but per my test, the issue is still there.

Hi,
Is this the article that you mention?
If yes, have you try the workaround given? Does it work?
Btw, can you also give me the screenshot of the failure?

Aiman

Yes, the workaround mentioned in this article works. with this workaround i reconfigure the FPGA with an image without the chip ID instance.
because currently I still need to use the jtag for debug, so i have to remove the chip ID from my design.
in fact, my question is, or in other words, i just want to confirm with you that this issue is not fixed in quartus 23.4.
