JTAGチェーンに複数デバイスが存在するCRCエラーチェックについて

下記構成イメージ（JTAGチェーンに複数デバイスが存在）にて、JTAGチェーン内の各デバイスのCRC値を書き換えてCRCエラーテストを

実施したいのですが、サンプル等はございませんか？

下記を参照してますが、2段目、3段目デバイスのチェック方法（jamファイルへの記載方法）が不明です。

■Jtag Chain構成

下記３つのデバイスのチェーン構成

CycloneV　⇒　CycloneV　⇒　MAX10

Hi,

I do not have the file for it but you can create a sample JAM file with multiple device in the chain with Quartus Programmer where you can refer to https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/an/an425.pdf. From the file you can modify it include the action for each of the device to write the CRC value.
