Licensing for Quartus

Is the licensing for Quartus indefinite or annual? I noticed that for the various version there is different device support. Does that mean that if I buy a license eventually it will not support the latest parts?

Licenses are for an annual subscription that must be renewed each year.  Standard and Pro do support different parts but a license now supports using either Standard or Pro:
