Need .sof file

Dear,

 

My customer has bought SW-ONE-QUARTUS from Mouser and would like to generate the <project_name>_time_limited.sof as programing file.

 Did the Quartus prime include NiosII/f IP license? Or Does customer have to buy it separately?
