Need to renew license for Intel® Quartus® Prime Software SW-ONE-QUARTUS

I am unable to contact or get anyone to support the renewal which is due 8/31/2023

What is the renewal period for SW-ONE-QUARTUS and ESW-DS-FIX licenses ? 1 year or 3 years ?

There are plenty of approved vendors that sell the Intel Quartus Prime Software SW-ONE-QUARTUS, Digikey and Mouser to name a few. If your coming from a trial license to a fully paid license, there are no stipulations that you must maintain the license yearly, its for the lifetime of the software. 

For the time being there are restrictions on who can buy the license. This response per Intel:

"Based on our understanding and discussions with Customer Service and the Marketing Team, it has been clarified that the SW-One-Quartus license encompasses Mentor Graphic features.

According to the marketing team, there exists a legal agreement with Siemens regarding Mentor Graphic, necessitating the identification of the end customer account/company for every order. This is a requirement for compliance with Siemens (Mentor Graphic) contractual obligations.

As an alternative, we recommend you to apply for an Intel 90-Day Evaluation License, where the end customer account is not mandatory, while we actively pursue the acquisition of the full license."

I am awaiting this acqusition, even dispite Intel selling there Dev Kits with a free 1 year license for Quartus Prime Pro with no restrictions.
