What version are you looking for? I see back to 13.0sp1.

We need 9, 11, and 12 for device support on older products.
They usually reside on their own Win 7 computer.

Those are obsolete versions and have been gone from Download Center for a while. What device do you need to support that you can't use 13.0sp1?

We have old max plus designs that can be upgraded with 9
Cyclone devices disappear before the Windows 10 environment was rolled out.

The US government still uses some 10K devices, and they are still available.

Those 9, 11, and 12 versions are no more available in download center. May be you can open a new ticket via intel premier support to get the Older Quartus.

I asked the FAE back then to look for it. He couldn't find it.
It would appear that Intel never had any desire to support consumer FPGAs in the fashion that they have been traditionally used.
The engineering community is leaving the monstrous silicon companies. Intel can buy the next one that we use, and then we will leave that one too.
