Hello,
I am trying to set up the Quartus Prime Lite Edition environment on Ubuntu 22.04. So far I have been able to get a test VHDL design working, programmed on FPGA and simulation working on Questa.
However I have ran into a dead end with Platform Designer. It does not start when I try to open it from the drop-down menu. No error message is shown on Messages window.
Is there a known problem with Platform Designer, and is there a workaround?
If not, is there any way to get any error log of what is going on?
Quartus is version: 22.1std1 Build 917 02/14/2023 SC Lite Edition
Ubuntu Linux: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS

Hi, sorry for delayed response. Reinstalling Quartus seems to have fixed the problem. I simply uninstalled it with the uninstaller, and installed it again.
Thank you!
