I have a question regarding the routing of power to the VCC_ONE, VCCA and I/O power banks.
I am trying to implement a design for the 10M08SCE144A7G, all outputs will be 3.3TTL logic.
My question is, if I am not using any I/O pins from an I/O bank, do I still need to power the I/O power bank for the FPGA to work properly? Or can I just leave it unconnected?

Hi Luckyguide,
My apologies for overlooking your post. Yes, you must power all VCCIO banks, even if the I/O pins from a bank are not used.
You cannot leave any VCCIO pin unconnected.
Kindly refer to MAX® 10 FPGA Device Family Pin Connection Guidelines— Table 7, Page 17
Regards,
Fakhrul
