Quartus 23.1 crashes when changing board family

Specifically in the New Project Wizard, quartus crashes as soon as I select a different board family in the "Board" tab under the "Family" drop down menu. Happens 100% of the time so far. No matter what family I select.

Did you meet enough resource and requirement for Quartus? e.g. RAM.
