Quartus Prime 16.0

I am currently using version Quartus Prime 16.0, which I have been requested to use for my current project. The installation I have been provided with does not contain any device files, and it requests me to provide a path to a QDZ file. I'm targeting CycloneV. Unfortunately the download center does not support versions before 17.0. I realize that older versions may no longer be fully supported, however I would like to access the CycloneV 16.0 QDZ for my current project. Is this possible?
