質問したいのは、Ｑｕａｒｔｕｓ　Ｐｒｉｍｅ　Ｌｉｔｅ　Ｖｅｒ２０．１におけるＦＰ＿ＦＵＮＣＴＩＯＮＳ　Ｉｎｔｅｌ　ＦＰＧＡ　ＩＰを使用してもＧｅｎｅｒａｔｉｏｎ　ＦＡＩＬＥＤとなってＩＰ

が作成できないので、その対策が知りたいのです。
