Quartus Prime Lite Edition : Fatal License Error

Attached is a screenshot of my workflow when trying to run a Questa RTL simulation after synthesis and analysis. Given that I have the Lite Edition, why would I have this Fatal License Error? I am currently using a DE10 Lite FPGA

Most likely that you do not have the license to run the Questa Intel FPGA Starter Edition.

Please refer to the user guide on how to generate and setup the license for the simulator tool.
