I have been having problems with my Quartus Prime Lite Edition software on my computer. I managed to install it properly, but for some reason, I can't do any of my projects. Every time I click the new project wizard the software would automatically stop responding. I tried to wait it out but it's like the software would stop responding and not work at all. Someone, please help resolve this.

If it keeps crashing, I'd uninstall and reinstall the software. Easiest thing to try first. Can you open an existing project or does it only crash when you try to create a new project?

Hi Anthony,
Note: Make sure your machine meet the Quartus requirement in term of hardware
This is what you common workaround you should do:
1. Reinstall Quartus.
2. Clear heavy background program that use lot of RAM
3. Try to click project wizard from file --> new project wizard
4. Make sure your OS is updated
Thanks,
Regards

I tried 20.1 and 20.1.1.
I click new project wizard, select my board, click finish and it just shows wait cursor and never finishes.
16C/32T CPU, 128MB RAM, fully updated latest version of Window 10.
Using old templates is not possible as it fails to import them.
