Quartus Prime lite

So I'm able to download Quartus Prime Lite on to my laptop but it won't let me install it. I even tried running this software through an app called 7-Zip file manager and it still won't run, it would still pop up error. Can someone help me find a better way to run this software through my laptop without damaging it.

Is there any pop-up message when the laptop would not allow for the installation? Please help to share the error message. 

What OS are you using? Please check the System Requirements and Prerequisites and ensure the minimum hardware requirement is met. 

Have you try to follow step 2 in the user guide below?
