Dear Intel Support Team, I am encountering an issue during the installation of Intel® Quartus® Prime software, where the installer fails with the error: "Internet connection cannot be established." As shown in the attached screenshot, this prevents the download and installation process from proceeding. I have already attempted several troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem, including: Disabling the Windows firewall and antivirus software temporarily; Manually configuring the proxy settings in the installer (using HTTP proxy address 127.0.0.1 and port 7897, which corresponds to my local proxy tool, Clash); Verifying that my internet connection is working properly through browsers and other applications; Following the solutions suggested in the community thread https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Quartus-Prime-Software/Quartus-lite-download-error-Internet-connection-cannot-be/m-p/1625333. Unfortunately, none of these methods have resolved the issue. The installer still fails to establish a connection even when the proxy is correctly set up and confirmed to be working for other applications. Could you please advise if there are any additional configuration steps required for the installer to work behind a proxy, or whether there is an alternative way to download the installation files (e.g., offline installer or direct download links)? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards, Marr
