Quartus modelsim lite, does not come with a shortcut to modelsim

I downloaded the lite 19.1 from the intel download page, but i could not find a shortcut to use modelsim directly, as i want to use modelsim without having to go through quartus. I have downloaded multiple versions and the problem persists.

Hi,

I'm assuming you're using Windows 10. What you can do is go to Start and type "ModelSim" and it will show the application from your Start menu. Click "Open File Location" and you will see it on File Explorer. Right click on the ModelSim application and go to "Send To" -> "Desktop".

Let me know if this solves your problem!

Thanks,

Nurina
