Hi,
I have a client who purchased a license for Quartus 17.1, but is not recognizing it.
Activate the license in the Self-Service portal, then in Quartus, in the License Setup section, when indicating the path, it shows the following error in Software Guard ID: Not Found
Also, how do you generate the license file with the Quartus and Nios license? they tried a couple of different things with no luck.
