Quartus prime Lite edition

So, I'm still having trouble with my Quartus. Now, I'm trying to install the support devices for my Quartus, but says, "The Quartus Prime software cannot launch the Device Installer for some Windows operating systems. You can launch the Device Installer directly from the Windows Start Menu." I downloaded all the different Support Devices but I don't how to install them. I need someone's help.
