Quartus prime lite

Could you please tell if we can use QuartusPrime lite edition in commercial environment(organisation)

As long as your code can fit in the limitations of the lite package (I believe it's based on number of lines of source code and restricts you from using newer parts or the fancy IP), then you can use lite on any project.

I used it in the past with a previous design at another company.

I suggest you try it and see if it works.

The answer is is your design pass the limitation for Lite? e.g. line of codes, language supported etc. I would say yes as long as your design can fit the Lite limitation which meet your expectation. May need to refer to link below for Quartus comparison then you can make a decision.
