QuartusII Programmerのコマンドラインでのプログラム

QuartusII　Programmerのコマンドラインでのプログラムでコマンド実行すると直ぐに終了してしまい書込みできませんでした。

考えられる要因はあるでしょうか？

Is the device getting configured? What is the size of the generated POF file? Disconnect the USB blaster cable , re-connect it and then try again.
