RE replace EPCS64SI16N with EPCQ64ASI16N refer to PDN 1708 Need the Quartus Steps

I heard Quartus supports the conversion to replace EPCS64SI16N with EPCQ64ASI16N -- reference PDN 1708.

I need help on two items:

1. Please provide the Quartus steps to convert existing programming for an EPCS64SI16N to programming for an EPCQ64ASI16N.

2. Please estimate the time to complete the conversion.
