Regarding error: "Full compilation was NOT successful"

I have install quartus 2.2 design software and get legacy license from "http://www.altera.com/download/licensing/lic-choose.html" site. What's the reason to get the error "Full compilation was NOT successful".

Look at the error messages before this one in the log to know what went wrong.
