Repair/replacement of Altera USB Blaster

I have purchased Altera USB blaster from digikey, after sometimes it couldn't detect the device. When i try with other blaster it is working fine, it seems to be fault. I am looking for replacement / repair solution for the product.

You can get USB Blaster clones on Amazon for less than US$10 now (compared to US$300 for the 'official' Intel model, or US$65 for the TerAsic USB Blaster, which is the one I use).
