Search for older Quartus license

Hello, I just started working for a new company and we are not sure if a license for Quartus has been purchased in the past, or if we need to buy a new one. I have been searching for an FAE or distributor, but coming up empty. Can anyone help out with a contact I can speak with, who might have records of previous purchases (or help with a new license purchase)? I am in Oregon BTW.
