I have a serious issue with Signal Probes in Quartus 14.1 and Quartus 15.0.2 (I have not tried Quartus 15.1).

I have a serious issue with Signal Probes in Quartus 14.1 and Quartus 15.0 (I have not tried Quartus 15.1). I have selected some probes and runs the Signal Probe "check and compile". In the fitter stage, it mostly just stalls at 6% (once I waited 2 hours!), sometimes it crashes

If I take the same probes and try it out in Quartus 14.0 there is no problem (it takes 10 minutes).

I am using Cyclone V devices and have reserved pins for Signal Probe. Since signal probe is intended for applying probes to an existing design, this issue prevents me from using never versions of Quartus. Has anyone else seen this issue - and if so - did you resolve it? I have requested support from Altera on this issue (#11187882).
