SignalTap II Time Bars not displayed

I'm using Quartus II Lite 16.1 on Windows 7. Signaltap II works great, but now I'm trying to measure time differences and want to add reference Time Bars. The Master Time Bar shows up, but I when I click "Insert Time Bar" in the context menu and give it a Sample Number, nothing shows up.

I discovered if I use segmented capture, the timebars show up. Looks like a bug to me. Is there a way to report these to Altera?https://www.alteraforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=13075 https://www.alteraforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=13076

Once you enable the master time bar, you should just click on a sample number to create a reference time bar. This should work whether you are using a segmented buffer or not (it does for me).

sstrell,

I'm afraid it's just not working. Neither the menu popup or the click are creating the reference time bar unless I have a segmented capture.

Even more weird. When double checking sstrell's suggestion of just clicking, nothing showed up. I switched to segmented mode and now they are all visible (I had tried may click combinations).
