Sof unsuccessful on a stratix 10 board

Hello all,  

I'm tying to program a small counter design on the stratix 10 board and was unsuccessful.

You didn't specify enough information about your failing case, but I assume you are running on a Stratix 10 Development kit, right? 

Als, your attachment is not clear, could attach another one with a full description of your problem?

Tiny Dip switches beneath the board solved the problem.
