TCL Script, Save Content from Memory to File, greater than 1024 bits?

I have an FPGA Ram port with >1024 bits and am using a TCL script to save the data to a file, specifically the commands:

 

save_content_from_memory_to_file &

update_content_to_memory_from_file .

 

Apparently, anything over 1024 bits produces an error:

Anyone know any ways around this?

Can you share the tcl script so that we are able to duplicate the error and debug on it?

It is quartus crash and I need the design file to duplicate the error to understand more. It has been some time that I didn't hear from you. Any updates on this?
