Could you please help me about USB Blaster Cable on Windows 10. Win10 can recognized USB Blaster by hardware but no driver installed. Does USB Blaster cabe not have win10 driver?

In device manager, find the USB blaster, then right click on it, select "Update Driver". Then select to manually specify folder and point it to: C:\altera\<version>\quartus\drivers. Make sure to select the box to search subfolders.

TDO always stuck at 0 error
We have a USB Blaster Rev C. JTAG Programmer whenever we are trying to detect the target device using UrJTAG Shell It is displaying the same error "TDO always stuck at 0" We have checked the following in an oscilloscope 1. TCK- We can observe for 1 second and after its being turned off similar is the case for TMS & TDI 2. TMS 3. TDI What could be the possible problem?? Awaiting for some reply Thank you
