Hi,
Can you try clear cache on your browser? If that doesn't work, try using a different browser, make sure to clear cache before that too.
Let me know if this works,
Thanks,
Nurina

Hi,
According to IT, your account does not have FPGA access. Could you try the following the registration process and then try to access the page again:
Try registering in Incognito mode (or by clearing browser cache) using this link given below:
FPGA registrations (Individual) - Please ask user to register using below link
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/fpga/fpga-individual-registration.html
FPGA registrations(Premier) - Please ask user to register using below link
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/fpga/fpga-premier-registration.html
After registering, please clear cache and try the link again in incognito mode: https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html
Can you let me know if those steps worked?
Thanks,
Nurina

Thanks for the reply.
Regarding your comment about registering an account, we have already registered using email. The email address is already being hosted when you do the registration. How should we get FPGA access

Hi,
According to IT, you have access to certain Intel engagements but not FPGA. You need FPGA access to access the Self-Service Licensing Page.
Could you please try to register again, by following the steps provided in the previous comment?
Thanks,
Nurina

The email address we are using is already registered and following the steps can no longer be done, it will prompt that the email address has been registered. Can not proceed to the next step.
