We are facing agilex issue in our Quartus Prime PRO Edition tool.
Agilex 5 and 7 family is not showing.

You have to install the additional device families. You can download them separately as .qdz files from the download center.

May I know how you installed Quartus?
I recommend using the installer and making sure both the Agilex 5 and Agilex 7 devices options are selected.

To get the .qdz file, go to the Download Center webpage for the respective Quartus version. Then click the "Individual Files" tab - which is beside the 'Installer (Recommended)' tab, and then scroll down the page to find the respective device .qdz file.

To generate an evaluation license, users need to visit the Intel® FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center (SSLC) and log in with their account.
SSLC: https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/?language=en_US
From there, select Sign up for Evaluation or No-Cost Licenses and choose the required evaluation license.

As per email conversation, please install the Quartus Pro software using the supported OS.
You may try to install on the non-supported OS but you will have to bear your own risk and there will be no technical support as well.
