Hi,
I am working on design migration from cyclone III device to cyclone 10 device .
The design archive of cyclone III is in old version of Quartus tool (Quartus II Ver9.0 SP2), Could you please help me download the old software version for the design compilation?

For legacy and EOL Quartus, you can request it for achieve link but there must be an NDA signed.
Did you manage to download from the link given there?
