Where do find release notes for Quartus 16.1.1

am able to find notes for version 16.1.0 and 16.1.2 but unable to find notes for 16.1.1.
as am using 16.1.1, am looking for 16.1.1

Can you point me to the link of 16.1.2 release notes?

Basically, we dont encourage user to use older version of Quartus standard unless device limitation. What device that you were using?
