I work with the DE10 Nano Board from Terasic, which uses a Cyclone V SoC chip with the inscription 5CSEBA6U23I7NDK.
Quartus Prime has the following two devices:
5CSEBA6U23I7
5CSEBA6U23I7DK
Both have the same parameters.
Are the device names identical?
If not, which is the correct device name?

Either will (should) work. The 'N' simply refers to RoHS compliance ('N'o lead). The DK indicates the device is an early sample. Neither selection will damage your device.
Cheers,
Alex

Thanks Alex for your answer. Now I can understand the names better.
I always use the shorter version and everything works well. Maybe I'll make a comparison later for a bigger project and see if there are differences in compilation or used logic units.
Best regards,
Rafael
