Which Quartus Prime Edition is required to do CvP on Cyclone-V GX? Is PR mandatory? Thank you

Hi, CVP is a configuration mode, it is not tied to Quartus version. CycloneV is supported in Quartus Prime Standard Edition software, you can use the latest version 18.1 to do the CVP. You may refer to CVP user guide on design flow. Page 21 https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug_cvp.pdf Partial Reconfiguration is a separate flow from CVP, oyu cna use JTAG to do PR as well. Please note for Cyclone V PR is only supported for devices name end with "SC" https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug-partrecon.pdf Thanks, Arslan
