I follow to install,although at "Installing kernel driver module... Your log is not readable like this, so it is hard to tell what is happening. Have you followed Altera's instructions in the OpenCL Getting Started Guide? Also what version of Windows are you using? Others have reproted that correct driver installation on Windows 8/8.1/10 requires disabling driver signature enforcement.

My system is windows 10, and I have disabling driver signature enforcement. You first have to solve the problem with the driver not being compiled correctly. Unless that is done, aocl diagnose will not work. Kernel compilation is a whole different story and if you are getting compilation failure, that needs to be diagnosed in a different fashion.
Have you made sure your FPGA board is installed correctly? Have you programmed the FPGA using a pre-compiled OpenCL binary? The driver compilation log seems to state that it is unable to find your board.- Mark as New

I haven't plug in FPGA board, I just want to use <aocl -march=emulator> to make sure my kernel code is correct and make some optimization. So I try to solve kernel compilation first.

I now solve the problem.
on windows 10, visual studio 2017 community we need to set VS LIB variable to x64. we can first echo %LIB% on Developer command Prompt for VS 2017, it may show our default is point to x86 system. C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.11.25503\ATLMFC\lib\x86;C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.11.25503\lib\x86;C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\NETFXSDK\4.6.1\lib\um\x86;C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\lib\10.0.16299.0\ucrt\x86;C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\lib\10.0.16299.0\um\x86 then, we enter C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\VC\Auxiliary\Build and run vcvarsall.bat x64. If you haven't connected the board yet, you should not expect the driver installtion or "aocl diagnose" to work correctly.
