Hi, I have an persistent, annoying bug on my system. Quartus 23,1std is generating some glitchy frame in a left top corner of the screen that prevents screen framebuffer to update and does not react to any clicks etc. I can basicly work only on my right screen or with smaller widow on left screen.
Does any one had similar issue or have any idea what is going on?

Are you trying to run Quartus on an unsupported operating system?
Xubuntu does not seem to be supported. While you can try to install Quartus on an unsupported OS, please note that you will do so at your own risk and no technical support will be provided.
Please refer to the supported OS list here:
I recommend running Quartus on a virtual machine with a supported OS to check if the issue is caused by the unsupported OS.
