asmio_buf.cpp bug

Hi,

Actually, this is more a solution sharing than a question.

So, if during "Assembly" Task you're facing a cpp native code crash on asmio_buf.cpp file while using LVDS SerDes IO core (see picture), the solution is most probably as following:

For Quartus 13 and older:

Assignments -> Settings -> Fitter Settings -> More Settings -> Treat Bidirectional Pin as Output Pin = Off

For newer versions:

Assignments -> Settings -> Compiler Settings -> Advanced Settings (Fitter) -> Treat Bidirectional Pin as Output Pin = Off

But my question is: Is Intel thinking about to fix this bug or they just don't care as many other problems is popping every day since day bought Altera!?

Thanks,
