how to buy licenses for Intel® Quartus® Prime standard or pro edition.

Hi,

We are planning to buy licenses for Intel® Quartus® Prime standard or pro edition.

We find online (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/buy/design-software.html) it says the prices，but we can't find how to buy it. Could you tell us the purchase process in Beijing  of china .
