qsys script not working

Hey!

I have generated a tcl script for qsys system from the platform designer to use it in another project.

when I run the script, I got this error:

Error:can't find package qsys exactly 21.4

I tried running it in the tcl consule with qsys-script command but it says that it is an invalid command.

How to fix this?

What's the full command you are using?  And do you have version 21.4 installed as mentioned in the message?

I am selecting the tcl file from the tcl console and click on run. 

yes, I have quartus prime pro 21.4

The tcl doesn't work. I just copied the whole system to another project

Can you try to delete qdb recompile and reinvoke tcl command, or alternatively create a brand new project and execute the script.
