technology map viewer error

i am trying to use technology viewer in quartus 19.4 after completing synthesis. 

but i am getting this error. please can anyone suggest a fix or help me understand what is going on.

Internal error usually are due to bugs. Is that possible for you to use the latest release of Quartus Prime Pro20.3 or Std 20.1?
