Hello,
I want to start my prototype usig Terasic TR5 board with camera.
This Terasic dev board equipped with Stratix V device
Is the last version of Quartus Prime eligible to synthesis, implement &route, bitstream generation for this board?
what kind of license I should buy in order to get the full functionalities that allow me to implement my design and generate bitstreams for this board device?

You mean find a near distributer from Distributer Partner Directory, and contact them to buy the license?
I found Digi-key distributer, but I dont know how to find this license in their website, any idea or a link to order this license?
