NJP1561P apolosign laptop won’t start properly

Just bought a brand new laptop (apolosign 15.6inch) the first time it turned on it stayed on the intel logo screen and wouldn’t do anything past that point. How can I fix this issue so I can use the laptop ?

There could be multiple reasons why your laptop is getting stuck at the Intel logo and I could send you a list of recommendations but I would better recommend that you contact the product manufacturer so that you get specific support for your laptop.


After searching on the Internet by the product model that you listed: NJP1561P, I found out that the manufacturer is ELC, please check the following website: https://global.elclcd.com/view/product/NJP1561P.html, please see that there is a "contact us" option at the top right corner.
