Arria-10 PCIe Drivers and API for Windows OS

Hello,

 

Is there any API and drivers for PCIe under Windows that we might use for designing an application on Windows 10, which will transfer data from and to Arria-10 PCIe card?

Hie, Currently, the Design Example generated by Quartus Prime for Arria 10 comes with a software application that transfers data from and to Arria 10 PCie card. The Design Example includes drivers and software application that can run with Windows 10.
