I cannot boot to linux kernel using u-boot.scr, showing FDT and ATAGS support not compiled in - hanging error.
Details may be found on this link.
Thank you for your help.

Hi,
I did check the conversation you post in RBO, however I am unsure if the causes of the error.
You may need to re-check how you compile your Linux, :
I hope this helps.

I have tried many times to rebuild everything by following the guide, but still the same error. I am sure I did not do anything wrong.
If I follow the guide completely, u-boot.scr was not able to be loaded druing booting, that is why I changed socfpga_common.h and config_distro_bootcmd.h.
Instead of rocketboards' one, is there any official document from intel about how to build Cyclone V bootloader to load FPGA sof and Linux kernel during booting using EDS 19.1 and 20.1?

Hi,
There is a simpler method though, but it is using older version of Quartus and SoC EDS, which is 18.1 Standard version, which uses the old boot flow procedure using bsp-editor.
The only thing with this method is, the u-boot version used is old version. You may refer here for the full procedure:

All the other topics are available below, put in the desired board, Cyclone V, version 18.1 Std, and topics that you want to work on:

Hi,
Please try and use our pre-built images to check if your board is working, and you may refer to the document too for more information on how it is built and which version is used:
