Yes, 10AS048 FPGA got support x72 DDR4.

 

You can also refer to this handbook on Chapter 6.5.4. Intel Arria 10 Package Support for DDR4 x72 with ECC Single-Rank (page 201)to check on Arria 10 packages that support DDR4 x72. --> https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/arria-10/a10_handbook.pdf

 

Just to be more clear, in this handbook, 10AS048 is written as SX480.
