SOC EDS Standard Edition downloads are not available in download center. The only one available is 19.3 pro

I have a previously downloaded what i thought was the most recent standard version 19.1 but the download file is named SoCEDSProSetup-19.1.0.240-windows . Is there a misnaming issue? How can I the correct version?

When I select to download the software it shows:

SoCEDSSetup-19.1.0.670-windows.exe

May I know what browser that you were using? Can you try chrome?

It has been resolved now. It seems I caught it at the time of an update or other temporary glitch.
