Centos7.3 SGX support

Hi:

I followed the install guide step by step to set up sgx develop environment on CentOS7.3.

But when everything is done, there are some issues:

1. I find aesmd can't start due to libprotobuf.so.9 is missing;

2. When I tried to make the Sample code in sdk package, there is a link error: "unrecognized relocation (0x2a) in section".

How can I solve these problems ?

Maybe some previous work of mine destroyed some dependency of ld. Now it works.
